In the height of the 2021 housing boom favoring sellers, they spent months with us showing us house after house that fit our criteria. They traveled 45-60 miles, one-way, just to get to the areas we were looking at, some of them were pretty remote as at one point we were looking for land. Since we were still living in California at the time they even showed homes to our son on our behalf to assist in the buying process when we couldn’t get to Arizona. They made suggestions about broadening our parameters on Zillow to widen our search. They worked up competitive offers for us on several homes; however, all but the last ones were beaten out by a cash offer that we could not compete with. They were by our side every step of the way explaining to us the process and answering questions regarding different issues. They were a great liaison between the escrow company and the mortgage company, explaining things we did not understand like where all the funding in the escrow account went and what it was for. We will use them in the future for all our real estate transactions and have recommended them to our family members. We highly recommend them!
